You start by completing our free, 5 minute initial intake questionnaire. One of our providers will review your information and get back to you within 24 hours. We will determine if additional medical history is needed from you and may order blood work that we request online and can be completed at a testing center near you.

From here we discuss lifestyle modifications, supplements, diet, and other strategies we suggest to not only improve your overall well-being, but also optimize your body to have the best and safest possible response to HRT. This consultation is 1-on-1 and curated specificically to your body’s needs based off of your personal goals and test results.

Hormone Therapy:
We made it! We’ve made all the necessary adjustments and fine-tuned your body, and it’s time to start HRT. We begin this journey together and will follow you with both scheduled and “as-needed” check-ins to make sure you’re having a positive response. Prescriptions are sent to whatever pharmacy you prefer and refilled every month.
